Most Texas small businesses were stuck between two bad options: overpriced enterprise IT firms that didn't understand small business reality, or break-fix contractors who showed up only when something broke. Neither delivered strategy, accountability, or value.
The Solution We Built
Texas Innovative Technologies was founded on the fractional model, embedding senior IT leadership into businesses that need it without the full-time cost. We bring enterprise thinking at a price and scale that makes sense for companies between 10 and 200 employees.

Greg Feathers
Founder, Texas Innovative Technologies
Greg Feathers founded Texas Innovative Technologies after more than 30 years working at every level of enterprise IT, from the tactical information systems of the US Navy to the data centers of major Oil & Gas companies.
That career started with a decade of service in the United States Navy, where Greg learned that reliable systems, clear documentation, and accountability aren't optional, they're the foundation everything else is built on. Those standards followed him into the private sector.
Over the next two decades, Greg held senior engineering and leadership roles at companies including Anadarko Petroleum and Arena Energy, managing enterprise Windows and hybrid cloud environments across multi-site, high-availability infrastructures. He went on to serve as a Senior Systems Consultant at Long View Systems, advising mid-to-large enterprise clients on Microsoft and VMware technology stacks, before stepping into IT Director roles and independent consulting work.
Along the way, Greg saw the same gap everywhere he looked: small and mid-sized businesses were either overpaying for enterprise IT firms that didn't understand their world, or relying on break-fix contractors who showed up only when something broke. Neither delivered strategy. Neither delivered accountability.
Texas Innovative Technologies exists to close that gap, bringing the same standards Greg applied in billion-dollar enterprise environments to Texas businesses that deserve better IT without the enterprise price tag.
